Units and Prices
My indoor units start at $35 per month for a 4x5 basic unit.
A 5 x 5 unit runs $40. All my 5 x 8 units are $45. A 6 x 10 is $60 and a 5 x 14 is $70. The largest is 10 x 12 at $85 per month.
I rent month to month and all rent is prorated to the first of the month when you rent. There are security cameras on site and a keypad for entry.
I have had some questions regarding temperature and humidity. It seems to maintain humidity between 40 to 50% and temperatures in the winter from 42 to 52F. The summer temperatures are below 80 here.
